Profit share and management bonus schemes - after 6 months' service you'll be eligible to participate in our profit share scheme, which will pay you a share of our profits if we achieve our financial targets. We also have separate bonus schemes for managers, linked to both financial and non-financial targets.
Pension - we offer the opportunity to join the Center Parcs Group Pension Plan, to which you and Center Parcs will both contribute.
Life insurance cover - from the moment you join us you'll be eligible for cover at 2x your salary. As a member of the Group Pension Plan and subject to your contribution level and length of membership this can increase to 4x your salary.
Holidays - full-time staff receive 31 days (inclusive of public holidays), increasing by one day at 5 and 10 years' service. Part-time staff entitlement is pro-rata to the number of hours worked.
Company sick pay - we provide company sick pay after one year's service, equivalent to 100% of basic pay for up to 28 days in any 12-month period. Part-time staff entitlement is pro-rata to the number of hours worked.

Day visitor passes - an allowance to use throughout the year to bring your friends and family to the Village for a great day out.
Free use of Village facilities - including swimming pool, bike hire, gym, access to the Spa and some sports activities.
